Orders & Products
Q: Are your designs original?
A: Yes! Every design is created in-house. We don't print copyrighted anime characters—our graphics are inspired by anime culture but 100% original and copyright-safe.
Q: What material are the tees made of?
A: Premium 100% cotton (180 GSM) with acid-wash finish for that vintage look. Soft, breathable, and built to last.
Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: We offer S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Check our size chart on each product page for exact measurements. Our tees have an oversized, relaxed fit.
Q: Can I customize or request a design?
A: Not yet, but we're working on custom orders! Follow us on Instagram @zaposs.in for updates. For bulk orders (10+ tees), email hello@zaposs.in.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Processing takes 2-4 days, then shipping takes 3-7 days depending on your location. Total: 5-11 days for most orders.
Q: Do you ship outside India?
A: Not yet! We currently ship pan-India only. International shipping coming soon.
Q: Is COD available?
A: Yes! We accept Cash on Delivery across India with a ₹50 COD fee.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email and SMS.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return if I don't like the design?
A: Since we print on-demand, we don't accept returns for change-of-mind. However, if there's a defect, wrong product, or print issue, we'll replace it for free.
Q: What if the size doesn't fit?
A: Email us within 7 days at support@zaposs.in and we'll exchange it for the right size (you cover return shipping).
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Payments & Security
Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?
A: Yes! We use Shopify's secure payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery.
Care Instructions
Q: How do I wash my Zaposs tee?
A: Machine wash cold (30°C or below), inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't bleach or iron directly on the print.
Q: Will the print fade?
A: Our prints are made to last! Follow care instructions and your design will stay vibrant for years.
