Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Zaposs tee. If something isn't right, we've got you covered with our hassle-free return and refund policy.

7-Day Return Window

You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Print quality is poor
  • Size doesn't fit (exchange only)

What We Don't Accept

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Product has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags have been removed
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • You changed your mind (print-on-demand products are made specifically for you)

How to Return

Step 1: Email us at support@zaposs.in within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if defective/damaged)

Step 2: We'll review and approve your return request within 24 hours.

Step 3: Ship the product back to us in original condition with tags attached.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund/exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method (bank account/UPI) within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer (we'll ask for your account details)

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size, we'll exchange it for free within 7 days. Email us at support@zaposs.in with your order number and the size you need.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or with print defects:

  • Email us immediately with photos
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost
  • You don't need to return the damaged product

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Product: We cover return shipping costs
  • Size Exchange: Customer covers return shipping (₹70-100)
