By accessing and using Zaposs (zaposs.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

Zaposs is operated from Patna, Bihar, India. By placing an order, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
Use the site lawfully and responsibly
Accept these terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Products & Pricing

All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices without notice, but orders already placed won't be affected.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order:

You're making an offer to purchase
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders
Payment is processed securely via Shopify
Orders are final once payment is confirmed

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on Zaposs are our original work and protected by copyright. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs
Use our brand name or logo without permission
Claim our designs as your own

5. Print-on-Demand Policy

Since we print products on-demand:

Orders cannot be canceled once printing begins (usually within 24 hours)
Slight color variations may occur between screen and print
Each product is unique due to the acid-wash process

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India via reliable courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Location and weather conditions
Courier delays beyond our control
Incorrect address provided by customer

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days for defective or incorrect products only. Print-on-demand products cannot be returned for change-of-mind. See our Returns & Refunds page for full policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zaposs is not liable for:

Courier delays or lost packages (after reasonable investigation)
Color variations between screen and print
Damage caused by improper care or washing
Indirect or consequential damages

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the site for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack or disrupt the site
Post false reviews or feedback
Resell our products without permission

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms. We'll notify you of major changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Patna, Bihar.
