What type of products does Zaposs sell?

Zaposs specializes in anime-inspired oversized streetwear — including acid-wash tees, graphic tees, and premium oversized T-shirts. All products are print-on-demand, made fresh when you order.

Are your designs original?

Yes! All graphics and designs on Zaposs products are 100% original. We do not use copyrighted anime characters.

What sizes are available?

We offer sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. Our tees are oversized — if you prefer a regular fit, we recommend sizing down.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–11 business days across India.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Use code ZAPOSS10 at checkout for an additional 10% off your first order.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only. Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size or preference reasons. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at support@zaposs.in with your order number and photos of the defect within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product Quality

What material are the tees made from?

Our tees are made from 100% premium cotton (180 GSM), ensuring softness, breathability, and durability.

How do I care for my tee?

Machine wash cold (30°C or below), wash inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry, do not bleach, and iron inside out on low heat.
